      SUMMER SCHOOL DAY 6
      Event's Daily Brief
The sixth day of the Dehradun- Tubingen Summer School witnessed a lively discussion on urban mobility in the backdrop of modernity and class. The forum opened with a presentation by Professor Sanderein Verstappen on the culture of cycling in Amsterdam and Vienna. She drew a contrast between both the cities and explained how cycling has evolved there. Later, students of both cities discussed the scope of cycling and how to integrate it in local mobility. The participants were then divided into different groups for brainstorming and devising strategies to make cycling a part of urban life in both Dehradun and Tubingen.
